efficient check-in helpful staff perfect location ground floor room traffic noise awful smell

The automated check-in was efficient, and i appreciated that the staff provided an extra fan when i needed it. the no long lines and no paperwork made my arrival stress-free. the location was perfect. Everything felt seamless.

my room was on the ground floor so it was noisy from people outside after their night out, and the traffic. the noise made it hard to sleep and i found it difficult to relax. there was an awful smell in the corridor.

The room was clean! It also had a warm and tidy feel, and I had a perfect view of the river. The location was convenient, very close to everything I wanted to see.

The radiator needed some attention. It had air in the system. The access to my room was a bit tricky. I had to climb a narrow staircase to a small attic room.

The room had free wifi. I appreciated that the door used a code, so there was no key to worry about losing. The location proved convenient for accessing nearby shops.

Adequate stay near the station

lovely view pleasant staff damp bathroom no response

The room offered a lovely view of the river. It was certainly better than I anticipated. The staff was pleasant, and the room was great value for money. I would stay again if I return.

The bathroom was like the arctic. It smelt damp and mouldy the whole time! I messaged about this but received no response. That was disappointing.

automated check-in extra fan simple steps

The automated check-in process was super efficient. it only took a few simple steps with a code. i got to my room within minutes. It was really stress-free, also, the staff were available when i needed an extra fan. they provided it for free, quite beneficial .

The room felt really hot, with only a small fan and a light window as it was in an attic space. i couldn't get any cool air, and the traffic noise was rather loud. there were no real amenities available in the room. The space was also quite closet-sized

simple stay with some minor hiccups

warm room clean bedding convenient location key spot

My room was adequately warm. clean beddings were provided. all listed amenities were available. the location was convenient. I found getting around quite easy. it felt close to many key spots.

the shower had a slight leak near the handle. this needs a quick fix. the smell in the bathroom was slightly damp, it lingered . i mentioned it, but didn't receive a response.

the hotel is near the train station. the riverside leisure area is also close. i walked to various malls with no issues. it was very central indeed.
